Tracie Thoms Joins Pamela Anderson, Billy Bob Thornton & Ariana Greenblatt In Brian Klugman Drama ‘Somedays’

EXCLUSIVE: Tracie Thoms (upcoming The Devil Wears Prada 2) has landed a role alongside Pamela Anderson, Billy Bob Thornton, and Ariana Greenblatt in Somedays, the new indie drama from writer-director Brian Klugman.

Character details are under wraps. The film follows a weary delivery driver with months to live who ends up saving the life of a brilliant but troubled teenage girl, leading the two to form an unlikely, life-changing bond that teaches them both what it truly means to live.

Shooting in New Jersey, the film is financed by Tucker Tooley Entertainment with cofinancing provided by Streamline Global, Eighteen 88, and Three Point Capital.

Tooley is producing for Tucker Tooley Entertainment, alongside Andrew Panay and Jennifer Gibgot for Ethea Entertainment, and Geyer Kosinski for Media Talent Group. Exec producers include Greg Renker and Gregoire Gensollen for Tooley Entertainment, Klugman, Philip Waley, Molly Conners, Amanda Bowers, Andrea Bucko, and Nate Tuck for Ethea Entertainment.

This summer, Thoms can next be seen reprising her role as Lily, the art-world friend of Anne Hathaway’s Andy, in The Devil Wears Prada 2, which hits theaters on May 1. She has starred across nine seasons of 9-1-1, which airs new episodes weekly on ABC, and recently wrapped production on Chris Rock’s A24 directorial debut, Misty Green. She is repped by Schachter Entertainment and Gersh.
