Tubi is adding two scripted originals aimed at Gen Z audiences and has set a novel partnership with Apple for Formula 1 altcasts.
The announcements were among several made by the Fox Corp. streaming service during its NewFronts presentation to ad buyers in New York.
The new original series are Game On and Remember Me. The former follows a gamer named Casey at her high school’s first esports tournament. It begins production this month with Sky Katz (Surviving Summer) and Case Walker (The Other Two) in the leading roles alongside voice actor Nolan North (known for the Uncharted and Assassin’s Creed series).
Remember Me is billed as a “YA supernatural murder mystery.” The series recently wrapped production and stars Brec Bassinger (Final Destination Bloodlines) and Charlie Gillespie (Sidelined 2: Intercepted) in the lead roles.

Tubi is embracing the strategy of low-cost originals built around the social media profiles of their talent, a formula that yielded blockbuster results in 2024 with Sidelined: The QB and Me.
Along with the originals, Tubi has set its first partnership with Apple TV for alternative broadcasts of select Formula 1 races during the 2026 season. Apple recently took over global rights to the auto racing circuit and has already shown a willingness to form unorthodox partnerships with third parties like Netflix in order to drive viewership.
The F1 altcasts will feature creators who are racing experts to provide analysis and commentary. The races that will be featured in the altcasts will be announced at a later date, Tubi said.
Other creator-oriented sports initiatives are original content from popular YouTubers Deestroying and Jesser.
Given the advertising focus of the NewFronts, Tubi also took the wraps off new ad tech including a pause ad feature called Scene Sense, new engagement aspects to the platform’s pause ads and a new TV-to-mobile offering called Connected Conversions.
