EXCLUSIVE: Cecily Pierce is moving up at TFC Management. Pierce has been promoted to manager, having most recently served as the coordinator across both TFC Management and TFC Productions.
A graduate of Cambridge University and a London native, Pierce originally moved to Los Angeles to pursue an MFA at UCLA. After completing her Masters, she joined TFC as assistant to company co-founder Ben Jacobson. After quickly establishing herself as an asset to both the management and production arms of the business, she was promoted to coordinator in 2024.
Pierce’s roster includes emerging filmmakers such as Lee Knight (A Friend of Dorothy) and Nicholas Finegan, as well as a diverse range of television writers and showrunners, including Brad Winters (Berlin Station) and William Spetz (Tore).
“Cecily is a homegrown success story!,” said TFC co-founders Jacobson and David Stone. “She started with us as an assistant and worked to become an integral part of our team. She’s warm, sophisticated, and deeply passionate about client advocacy. We’re so thrilled to continue to elevate her here at TFC.”
